    Immunogène

    Immunogen: Protein A [Staphylococcus aureus]

    Immunogen Type: Native Protein

  • Indications d'application

Application Note: Anti-Protein A Peroxidase Conjugated has been tested by ELISA and western blot and is assayed against 1.0 μg of Protein A [Staphylococcus aureus] in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  A working dilution of 1:10,000 to 1:40,000 is suggested for this product. Immunohistochemistry Dilution: 1:250 Western Blot Dilution: 1:500-1:2,000 ELISA Dilution: 1:2,000-1:20,000

Store vial at -20° C or below prior to opening. This vial contains a relatively low volume of reagent (25 μL). To minimize loss of volume dilute 1:10 by adding 225 μL of the buffer stated above directly to the vial. Recap, mix thoroughly and briefly centrifuge to collect the volume at the bottom of the vial. Use this intermediate dilution when calculating final dilutions as recommended below. Store the vial at -20°C or below after dilution. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.

    Protein A

    Sujet

Background: Protein A is 56 kDA surface protein found in the cell wall of Staphylococcus aureus. Protein A has a high affinity to Human IgG, Mouse IgG and others and is therefore suitable for purification and detection of immunoglobulins. Horse Radish Peroxidase (HRP) is an enzyme that utilize organic peroxide compounds as electron donors. Naturally provides protection for plants against pathogens, but can be utilized in molecular biology to convert various substrates to detectable compounds (such as in Western Blotting and ELISAs). Anti-Protein A (GOAT) Antibody is ideal for researchers in Immunology, Cancer, and Microbiology.
